This program focuses on bodyweight training using a high-frequency, high-volume routine that covers exercises common to the military and takes them to the next level.
The workout is designed so you can increase your strength, power, and endurance in a single session.
We've used a high-frequency approach, hitting the entire body in each session, because you recover much faster from a Swedish gym workout, and we want to get the most out of the 8 weeks of training. During the first few weeks, you may experience some soreness and feel like you're overtraining, but don't give up, and you'll quickly get conditioned.
Your 8 weeks are divided into 2 phases so your training progresses as you do.

OUR LEGACY
In 2019, PHIL TEAM joined forces with wounded soldiers to raise awareness about blood transfusions and highlight the resilience of the French armed forces. The team covered more than 300 km in Death Valley (USA).
In partnership with the association “Ultra-parcours Opérationnels Blessés” and the Armed Forces Health Service, this adventure raised funds for the Armed Forces Blood Transfusion Center. Building on this success, other international challenges are already in the works.
